Introducing LN Starter Launchpad & Initial Lightning Offering (ILO)

We’re excited to introduce the LN Starter Launchpad — a new, open token distribution platform for Lightning-native assets. It is an exciting new gateway for our community to easily discover and participate in promising new projects on the Lightning Network.

What is LN Starter?

LN Starter is the leading launchpool for Taproot Assets campaigns with both Launchpool and Launchpad, designed to help projects mint fairly and build community trust. Our Launchpool gained recognition for using blockchain hashes as a trustless, publicly verifiable random number generator, ensuring transparent, provably fair minting.

Introducing Initial Lightning Offering (ILO)

An Initial Lightning Offering (ILO) is a token launch model built for the Lightning Network. It enables instant, low-cost, and permissionless participation, allowing anyone to participate in early token sales without barriers.

ILO on Launchpad

Using Launchpad, projects can sell tokens at a fixed price on a first-come, first-served basis — no whitelists, no gatekeeping. This inclusive model helps projects maximize exposure, reach broader communities, and ensure fair, early access from day one.

Launchpad Sale Categories:

1. Featured Sales

Featured Sales are curated, collaborative launches designed for high-quality, community-aligned projects. These undergo rigorous evaluation, due diligence, and oversight by LN Starter curators.

Projects selected for Featured Sales receive dedicated promotion, priority placement, and support throughout their campaign.

2. Open Sales

Open Sales offers a fully permissionless launch path for teams that value autonomy.

There’s no application process or oversight — projects can launch directly on their terms. While uncurated by LN Starter, Open Sales empowers committed teams with a vision and a roadmap to engage directly with the community and grow organically.

Open Sale will be launched at a later stage.
